Email Newsletter Subscription Page:

We collect your name, e-mail address, preferences and other optional information, such as your favorite movie types. We use this information to send you our e-mail newsletter and to customize the content of specific messages. A third party may administer this service for us and have access to your information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the service.

Sweepstakes and Contest Pages:

We may collect your e-mail address, name, and other information when you enter a sweepstakes, contest, or other kind of promotion we offer from time to time on our sites. A third party may administer the promotion for us and have access to your information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the promotion.

Online Coupons:

We use an outside company to process online coupons that can be redeemed for rentals or purchases in our stores. They may collect your name, e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so that they can provide you with coupon you requested. They use this information to process, confirm, and send the coupons.

Store Locator:

You must submit at least a zip code in order to get the location of your nearest Movie Gallery store. The zip code alone is not personally identifiable information. You may also submit a street address. We do not know whether addresses submitted through the store locator are home addresses, and we do not use these addresses except in the aggregate, to analyze traffic on our site and interest in our stores. A third party may administer this service for us and have access to the information, but is permitted to use it only to provide the service.
